March has a lot in store for me and Journey to Health:ALIVE- 31 days of juicing, raw veggies, raw fruits, loads of water, non synthetic supplements, and minimally cooked non processed foods (ie baked organic potato, steel oats with hot water).
Many people argue about a diet being strict or too hard to follow, there are legitimate concerns for setting yourself up to fail and be disappointed. Please rest assured this is a 31 day challenge to detox and educate. While I will not be cooking meals for me, I will be researching vegan, vegetarian and clean food recipes. We have begun making real changes to eat "alive" and be healthier, but we still have so far to go!
March is a time to refocus, detox, recommit to myself and my body-that I am worth it and I will see this to the end, no matter where the Journey To Health takes me. Thanks for coming along for the ride!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
Jillian- forgive my overstepping here. I just thought of you all, in particular, one of you.. when I was reading about b12 deficiency and wondered weather or not the diet shift could be effecting the neurons etc. I know you probably know way more about this stuff than I do and have already ruled it out, but thought I'd mention it anyway, cause... well... you can't hit me. I'm too far away! Rosie Molinary wrote about it recently and linked to an article about it. Her post is here, but I think you are the one who originally pointed me to her blog way back when... so this is likely not news to you. anywhoooo.
