Back from the break...(introduction)

I have been abnormally quiet and you have noticed. I appreciate the emails, facebook messages, phone calls and general "checking up" on me.

There have been a lot of heavy things happening here, and while in the midst of it, I have not been able to talk about it. Sometimes because I felt I had to keep my cards close and not over expose our family in case "they" were reading the blog for inside information, sometimes because I have been forbidden to talk about it to maintain procedural  integrity, and some because I was so consumed with dealing with it, I just couldn't write it out. Often, writing it out makes it more real, and can cause a sudden vulnerability level that is extremely exposing in the moment, other times it is therapeutic.

I will be summarizing the events under this title "Back from the break," for those wanting to follow along.

In other news, JourneyToHealth:ALIVE, is back up and fully running. March 1st is a big kick off for a new phase of this journey. I am excited to share what I have learned, and as I continue to learn I will continue to share. I will be posting "before" pictures, goals, and my plan to get there. As always you can join along and match dollar for pound under the "Journey To Health Sponsors" section. We are also on twitter and facebook as well. Join the journey!
