Everything was simply delicious!! I couldn't describe it all, no matter how I tried. Fresh, real foods, with organic and natural seasonings, no meat, no dairy. Everyone enjoyed it, including the husbands!
I put tangerine, limes, and apples through the juicer, added mashed bananas and froze them overnight in a muffin pan. About 2 hours before the party, I used pineapples, mangoes, spinach, limes, apples, and oranges to make a fresh fruit juice/smoothie for the punch. We used the fruit juice cubes to keep the juice cold and as the circles melted it added a little more kick of sweetness and tartness to the juice punch.
Abby not only made several delicious things(including garlic bread knots, hummus and sweet potato casserole) she also made a dessert! They resemble of a chocolate/pb treat. The kids had several there and we also took some home, which were eaten before bed that night.
We all had a wonderful time and each of our children tried almost everything and also loved almost everything! It was a great success! I learned so much during that dinner about foods, cooking and easy replacements to keep "beloved recipes" more healthy and even totally vegan.

That is so awesome! I have been contemplating the idea of going vegan.
