No us, without her...

Before the happy ending there is a story that is unique to each adopted child, the beautiful and painful memories are each theirs to treasure, to process...to know.

The day before Mother's day, I just want to pause and remember "once upon a time" started way before, I got my happy ending...

May I be blessed enough to one day in Heaven hug the arms that gave life to my sons...

God-
Thank you for the precious women that have chosen life, no matter the situation. Thank You for their love, thanks for the people that reached out to her in her time of need. Lord, thank You for the people wanting to adopt orphans, as You have adopted us into Your kingdom. What a price to be paid for us-Your Son! ...much like the moms that have chosen life for their children-it was an emotionally costly experience, heal them, comfort them, reassure them.
May we always be mindful that our children's journey actually started with their birth family, and before that with You....may we see them every day for what they are...precious gifts from You.
Amen

Beautiful tribute.

I have been consumed with thinking about the many orphans that don't have moms this mother's day. My heart bleeds for them.

I hadn't remembered their beautiful mothers until now. Thank you Jillian!
