He was soaking wet at the beach and went and stood all alone, face quenching every sun's ray, arms out as if he was hugging it, legs in the widest stance....he comes back minutes later "see, sun dried me! now you can have a turn" he turns to the sun and with his commanding presence and arms still outstretched-letting us know he doing us a favor- he commands the sun to dry his American family....
Ayannah told him "the sun is not yours!" and Morgan Yisak walked 20+ steps away with determination and turned to Ayannah and said "see it follows ME! That is my sun, the same one from Africa, it followed ME! I brought it to you!"

Indeed, what joys, what rays of sunshine, what determination, what survival he has graced us with...may the Son continue to shine on him and follow him...I would say "this boy is going to change the world!"....but he already has...we are forever changed, thank you Lord.

What a special boy! :-) -stacey
Love him. Love his mind. Cannot get enough of watching him and all of your children grow up. Thank you for sharing!
Precious post. When I left those babes in India and we were sad..this is exactly what I told them.."we share the same sun and moon, when you look up at night and see the moon, I am under it, too, and you will know that we are together because we share them". That boy is something else..truly a gift :-) I could squeeze him.
